I’m Axel Kummerlöwe, a Senior UX Designer based in the Ortenau region of Germany. For over ten years I’ve turned complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
With more than 10 years in UX and UI design, I turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. From e-commerce and analytics to luxury-watch marketplaces, I’ve shaped user-centered products across a wide range of industries.
Alongside my design work I’m the founder of leih.bike and Fahrradwerkstatt Mobil in the Ortenau region. That entrepreneurial mindset shapes my design too: pragmatic, solution-oriented and always focused on real value.
I currently work as Senior UX Designer at PIA econda, where I design data-driven analytics products. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and drive projects from discovery to delivery.
My path began as a screen and web designer and led me through Hubert Burda Media, Campusjäger and Chrono24 to my role today. Every stop sharpened my eye for craft and user-centricity.
